let's give it some meaning, even if it is shallow.

they're just words. they don't mean a thing.

so i'm still not settled on most of the image/text combinations, but these seem to be working pretty well, and i think the layout is potentially finalized. having both the image and the text as separate, but equally sized objects, appears to give them both the weight they deserve.
